"I Do" Shoes

I got this idea from the "I Do" wedding rhinestone appliqué by Mindy Weiss. I didn't want to spend the money to have a $5 item shipped to Canada. It would have cost me over $15. So I bought some blue self-adhesive rhinestones from the Dollar Store and did it myself - for a buck! Not as fancy, but serves the purpose! I just wish my shoes didn't have the size and "Made in China" stamp on the bottom :(
